Its not fair that this stuff happens on the rez. Any poor community usually has these problems, and I think that's unfair as well. I wish things could change, but it seems like a lot of obstacles stand in the Native Americans way. God bless them all.

A once great tribe now fallen to major problems and what causes child neglect is the abusive influence of alcohol or drugs which causes parents to create problems with their children such as a juvenile life or suicide. To halt these problems and bring peace to the Lakota society is to strike at the very heart of the problems such as creating a gang task force to crackdown on local gangs and create more checkpoints to stop the use of alcohol and illegal drugs.

rise above it, be strong, don't let the rez life rule you. i didn't, my family didn't. i'm proud to full native, i love my family. i'm living life to the fullest. materialistic and intelligent, success wise as seen in this world, I am much better than my white and non native frriends and coworkers. I had to rise above it, i had to work hard, i struggled, i never gave up and i never held unto nor let the rez attitude bring me down. i stayed strong when no one else walked the path i did.
