When this video was uploaded for the first time, I noticed that there were several problems [including its poor quality] so I tried to correct them ...

@Jeremie1987 Strictly speaking that's not true seeing as Ursula was animated TO Pat Carrol's vocal recordings so she IS the original Ursula - the original voice actor is recorded and then the animators animate to those recordings so there is such a thing as the original Ursula - all the subsequent voice overs have to perform sync to animation which was tailored for Pat's vocal performance.
