In Portugal there are three different public postboxes: Red, Blue and Green
Red (Correio Normal) - Normal mail, stamped and with weight measured. White paper and white label.
Blue (Correio Azul) - Fast mail, stamped and with weight measured. White paper with blue label
Green (Correio Verde) - Pre-configured mail, stampless and with no weight measurement. White or recycled paper with green label or arrow.

I lol-ed when Yamazaki opens and closes his eyes like some clock-work lever thing when Chiharu step on his shoes. Its like *open* *close* *open* etc. But really, a blue mailbox doesn't sound that illogical to me actually... though i've never seen 1 before.
