1. is you pull up way to fast on low shots
2. Stop popping at unneceesary times. My coach teaches our attack to swat at the ball when the goalie does it too often
3. watch the cradling in the crease. The ball could fly out into the net, expectially with your pocket

1. my pocket is completly fine, if you craddle and lose the ball, then ur horrible.
2. its a basic clear, dump dump dump, it doesnt matter where i go..
