Classic techniques dont work sorry but I have this problem also with tai chi and learning mauy thai and kickboxing, boxing is more practical for todays martial artists.Just get your self a heavy bag and do a few workouts like combinations and body movements shuffles is that simple no long explainations and stupid theories

@Jimmy36507 You are absolutely right about that IF you are into a competitive art, I don't have theories, I have proven techniques that have worked for my students on the street for over 25 years. I do not teach a competitive art and theories that don't work.
