Great video, never seen them live! Didn't Jonathan Mover do the drums for Joe Satriani's, Time Machine - Live album? I've been a Tubes fan since the early '80 when I purchased The Completion Backward Principle and later Inside Outside - The Tubes, have been playing their albums ever since and quite often too, even my son, Luke likes them and he's only nine
@ilovemusicsomuch Prairie makes all the difference in the band's driving force. I saw them a few days ago without Rick. The show was lacking. I've seen them many times with the original guys. It makes all the difference having the right rhythm section.
Fee looks like the kind of guy he would have impresonated on stage 30 years ago- knowing full well it would be him in 30 years. The guy, and the whole band, is just too cool for the times, like they were 30 years ago. How the hell does a 30 year old song still sound so good and current?
God these guys have fun on stage. I wish i could be more like this at work!
You've got to hand it to Fee Waybill, his voice still sounds pretty good after all these years. Great band great song. I saw them open with this song right when the album came out
you could say the same thing since Bill Spooner isn't there. Hell, this is a damn good performance for a trio and singer. I have loved these guys for a long time and this is a kick-ass version of the song, even without PP.......

As good as Mover plays, I would be pissed if I showed up and Prairie Prince wasn't in the lineup. I know shit happens, but still....
