Probably not. I'm shooting the USPSA Production nationals the week after, and Houston is a good 500 miles for me.

Finally, I know it is different for every shooter but I need a place to start so, what has worked best for you as far as elbows pointing down or pointing to the sides, and arms fully extended or slightly bent? I know im asking a ton of questions, but I would really appreciate your input. Thanks in advance.

I would ditch the weaver stance that you're using. I noticed in your videos that the recoil is really pushing you back and moving your head which makes is harder to track the sights quickly. I use a thumbs forward grip with my arms slightly bent so they act like shock absorbers and don't push my torso back. Also when you're reloading and moving positions, keep the gun up in front of you. this saves time in finding the sights as you're getting settled.

Hey bud a few more questions for you. I am starting to work on the double taps and I was wondering, how fast should they be. I want to establish realistic goals. I know im not going to be able to get .16-.18 splits like Dave Sevigny, so I was wondering what should I be working for? More specifically, about what kind of splits should I be working for at different distances? On your video, what kind of splits are you getting?

I can pull sub .18 splits on a close open target. I wouldn't worry too much about your splits though. In a match there are very few stages where they will be a factor. Especially in IDPA where time is added for shots outside the 0. There are plenty of other areas where you can lower your times. Transitions between targets, the time it takes to set up in a new position, movement between positions, etc. Take your time shooting, and hurry everything else
