抹茶ロールケーキのスポンジ生地の作り方です。バター不使用でもふわふわ。
動画の説明:粉の粒が見えなくなるまでゴムベラでしっかり混ぜる。ロールケーキは焼いた時に粉の粒が残りやすいので、練らないように、しかし、しっかり混ぜておく。左手で­ボウルを手前に回転させながら行うと、下に粉がたまりません。
