Before I started crossfit, I weighted 205 pounds, could barely run a 11:00 mile, couldn't do a pullup or a dip. This is a video of my progress after 6 months doing a workout called Fran - 3 rounds, 21-15-9, of 95 pound thrusters and pullups

  • @jbandkg100 The others are whack and make no sense. That is why you have them now scurrying to get people like Mark Rippetoe and Simons to name a few, guys who are all about the science of training and understand what Glassman never could or wanted to.

    It's great that people love what they do, but don't tell me that "diane" or "helen" are going to make one of my athletes stronger when crossfit is NOT sports specific.
