Over 37,000 denominations last time I checked. That says it all. There is a lot of people preaching a lot of diffrent things. Some bound by tradition, others making things up as they go. Sad indeed.

Yes, there are many martyrs. But so what?

The pre-trib rapture has nothing to do with that; it has to do with not being on earth during Dan's 70th week, Mt 24's Beginning of Travail & Great Trib, the time of Jacob's trouble, Rev 6-18.

Most of the Church generations CANNOT be here during that time period becs the have died long ago.

India, Pakistan, Iran, even Israel. It is not in the "news" nor ever will be. But if you want to "know" start telling people about the "goverment" of God and you too will be "slander" "persecuted" " etc.

You are forgetting Enoch who was raptured before the Flood!

Lot did not remain in Sodom where destruction would come.

In fact the Lord "could not do anything" there until He took out Lot.

None of the Israelites were harmed? What about the Israelite foremen who were whipped?

What about the Israelites who had to hunt for straw?

richie, what is your proof that the pre-trib theory does provide a good explanation of all the passages on the subject? Your just saying it proves nothing.

Well, do you keep the 7th year Sabbath? or was that dispensational?

Do u keep a garden, or was that dispensational for Adam?

Do u do animal sacrifices, or was that dispensational?

If u touch a dead body, are u unclean until u get holy water made from ashes of red heifer? or is that disp?

do u tithe to Levites?

@richie You say you can't find anything scriptural suggesting that Chrs are gonna be spared the Trib. Well I give you absolute proof: For 1900 years Chrs have been spared the Trib! Now you think that a special generation of Chrs will go thru the trib after countless generations have been spared. But u can't prove that Christian in general go thru the Trib cause most generations have come & gone & never went thru the Trib.

I just tell you that taking the whole of what the Bible says about the Rapture, trib, & 2nd coming of Christ, Pre-trib IMHO explains it best.

Another coming of Christ? Did He come for Paul on Damascus Road? Did He come for Stephen? I see no necessity to id Christ's coming to take the Church to Heaven with His coming to sort out the world.

I already told you what leads me to go pre-trib: 1) imminence (Judge at the door), 2) Ch never in the trib, 3) Church not appointed to wrath.
