It's a skipper, one of the family Hesperiidae. Mostly considered a butterfly, though a bit on the sort-of-between both of them on the evolutionary line.
That's not a moth, its a butterfly, can't remember the name though. Got alot of them at my house. By the looks of it, that one's female. The females are paler in color as opposed to the males, which have a more richer, darker orange.
