Native American and Alaska Native women in the United States suffer disproportionately high levels of rape and sexual violence, yet the federal government has created substantial barriers to accessing justice.

  • Thing is Women Can actually get help.

When the genders are reversed men can

    almost never get help.

  • inua, I agree with you about the comment on Brittany. I think what is sad is that alot of times people don't realize that the media will give air time to other ethnicities the time of day and not others. I think this is happening with the Indigenous Americans. And these people in these vids are raising awareness for other people to take a closer look at. The people in this vid are trying to get people to take off the blinders.

  • you are not an Alaska Native. . . You wish Brittney. I mean come on hahaha wtf . . . .seriously dont waste your time on here.

  • Obviously brittney's comment is b.s. lol," I THINK ITS TIME FOR THE NATIVE AMERICANS of the United states to educate themselves and stop using. . . their. . . . wtf . . . race as a crutch, so you've identified, those N.Ameri. . okay BRITTNEY thank you Brittney. Alaska Native My ass haha. You Wish Brittney

  • HI where did you get this cip and what city and state are they speaking in? Was this a press conference?

  • HI how did you get access to this video clip and in what city are then?

  • i am alaskan native, and i am sick of arguments based on ignorance. yes, this is unfortunate, its wrong theres nothing acceptable about this happening to women. but its not just these women its women in general and its not about nationality, these womens race has nothing to do with the fact that they were raped or abused, i think its time for the native americans of the united states to educate themselves and stop using their race as a crutch.

an argument out of ignorance is no argument at all

  • Finally The word is Getting out
