Stats 2nd June 2011 n/a- Rope Climbs 20- Push ups. 5- Pull ups. 1 & half BW- Deadlifts. 7- Dips. n/a- H.S.P.U Around a Mile. n/a- Wheel Barrow. 4+ by the end of the year, Fingers crossed!! Get Strong!!
