My video of the Elephant Man, a movie from 1980 directed by David Lynch, strarring Anthony Hopkins and John Hurt. The music is by Vangelis, called "La Petite Fille de La Mer" from the movie and soundtrack L'Apocalypse des Animaux. The music was recorded in 1970 and released as an album in 1973.


Joseph Carey Merrick (August 5 1862 April 11 1890) was an Englishman who became known as "The Elephant Man" because of his physical appearance caused by a congenital defect. Because of his condition, he would garner the sympathy of Victorian era Britain.

I have not seen the movie this was taken from but am familiar with Joseph Carey Merrick whose life it's based on. Your video is beautiful. I hope it is allowed to stay up. Now that I know about the movie I will rent it. Thank you again for sharing your art.
