hi you have to keep the power plugged in to the computer and to the mains, make sure its turned off at the plug though. here is a site where u can read up about Static. thanks for your videos i enjoyed watching them :)

i have a nvidia 9500gt ddr2 128-bit and 450w poer suply. Do i need to connect power suply cables or i can jus put it in slot/

what kind of video card is that? looks pretty old, even though its a pci e. also what is the wattage on your psu? you should buy a 9800 gt. very nice card, not very expensive, and can play most games above 40 fps. but if your psu's wattage is too low, you may need to buy a new one.

One problem with PC is that it's often handled by peoples that know nothing about hardware and how sensitive it is for ESD.
I did not expect to see anything about it, but there was a warning about it and a correct handling, good job. But just lifting a foot can charge you up with 1000 volt, so you could point out that it's important keep the contact all the time during the work, not just when starting. Just as someone that handles your food is expected to have clean hands all the time.
