I opened for them with my high school band at Staples High School and then at the Bushnell Auditorium in Hartford with th Rascals headline. Was I nervous? Oh, yeah. Al was great then, great now!

Fabulous song! I'm Canadian, and for decades I've only been familiar with the version by Susan Jacks, which was a big radio hit in Canada around 1972.
As a kid I loved that version of this great song, but this hot soul original is something else entirely!

Boy, I was stationed at Fort Gordon, GA
back in 1967 and this song got a lot of
airplay in the Augusta area.

I'm sorry ,tMass. they actually reunited the surviving members right before St. Patrick's Day 2011 for a benifit performance in Hartford, Ct.area..first time in over 40 years that Ray Zener,played keyboards for the Wikdweeds
