@deroboi He's still a moron. All of them are willing to die for Allah. That's an islamist religious standard. If you do not die for Allah, then you do not get your 72 virgins in Heaven. When have you not heard of a taliban member say that this isn't importent to them. They all think Americans are infidels and must be killed.

Biden isn't saying that they aren't a force to be dealt with, he's saying that few are unwilling to surrender. You can't tell what he's actually saying from a 30 second clip.

@CMVRWC NO! I think he was trying to say that on average 75% of the Taliban are capitalists and the top 5% wage earners routinely get capped and the other 25% are inactive due to lack of funding. It was in code so as not to give away the level of our intelligence.
This means that Biden knows exactly how many Taliban there are. He is obviously on top of this. lol
