Well, use parent linking. Then you can rotate the eyes while they move along with the head.

eyes dont attach to body? i think then you have to make eyes as seperate mesh?
try to google 3d studio tutorials..that's how i started to use this program :) feel free to ask help from me..i help if i only can :)
