How can you record audio from another app? Ex: I have a beat maker program that doesn't let me record, I wanna record the audio out! How do you do that?

any idea if you can record audio when shooting video using a cllp mic?

For a real test you would have to connect the microphone through a mixer. Then you can mute the mic on the mixer and see if it still picks up sound. If it does, that is awesomely cool. With the right software producers could record anything just with their ipad. Awesome

By the amount of reaction in the recording waveform from gently just tapping on the USB mic. However, the built-in mic is still the best option for overall fidelity over this setup. I'd like to see how it works with a USB Blue mic or something though.
