Yeah do you see the matrix they use to determine those rankings? Clearly not nightlife, affordability (the quality you get for ANY good/service for what you pay is abysmal), being able to walk 10 feet without being accosted for $ by vagrants, constant rain, water too cold to swim, horrible service industry and shit roads, allowed to be a skeevy stoner but can't drink alcohol outside, All from a four day visit!

im from edmonton AB canada, its a very cold winter city. the move to vancouver was the best possible thing ever for me!! its so lush and green and beautiful year round. and yes, it rains alot in the winter and i mean alot! but trust me its way better then 3 feet of cold snow! fall, spring are very warm and gorgeous! summer is hot beautiful comfortable beach weather which is really such a gem! vancouver is for people who love the outdoors and adventure!

She didn't mention that there are television studios there too, do some star spotting? They made the X-Files and Sliders there and my favourite show Supernatural too. I would have loved to visit there last year when the games were on, well one day... I hope and soon and I can catch a peek at Jensen Ackles and Misha Collins.
