The Clock of Doodle

OK! Doodle. Dododo ... doodle. Ah, that's cute. I can't say "no" to a child, so I had to do this. I don't know what time it is. What time is it? I have to disqualify myself because I found out about NinjaJessie1 through and TheBlueFlamingo has made a clock. I can't ... I just met TheBlueFlamingo so I can't compete against him. but I have to make the clock. I did get something called Camstudio; it's free. You can make tutorials, using this ... Camstudio. Whatever. I don't know anything! as long as I don't have to read the help menu. Don't make me read it. I decided to make the clock using Pixia, wihch is a freeware editing ... it's a graphics editing program. I guess it's fairly robust for what it is. and they say the best things in life are free. That's not necessisarily true, but this is supposed to be free of
adware and spyware and what-not. So I put links in the description. OK? I had to do the audio outside because the computers ... the fan is just so loud it makes it "eech." So I'm making a clock for Doodle! Did anybody watch Sesame Street? Remember The Count? "I am The Count and I love to Count." and remember the song ... the counting song? 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 ... eleven. Twelve. You have to have twelve! I made this clock to show 4:30, because I made the clock at 4:30 A.M. I made the hands kind of silly. That's not the way the hands of a clock would usually look. So the hour hand ... and the minute hand. OK, it's 4:30, and you know it's 4:30 because the small hand is pointing to the four, and the big hand is pointing to the six, and that reads "4:30." In this case, it's 4:30 A.M. Well, it isn't now. I'm recording this in the middle of the day. I'm out in broad daylight Where everybody can see
me. Do we have to add one more thing? Yes, I think we do. Alright Doodle. I hope you like your clock. TheBlueFlamingo ... thank you for telling me about Camstudio. I appreciate that. Next video ... very important. It's about National Pollination Week, which is already over. I got a couple of interviews with people who are very involved with National Pollination Week. I'm working on it right now, That was part of my Smithsonian visit, and I was fortunate enough to get these interviews, and I'm very excited about it, so we'll be talking about National Pollination Week next. screen and audio activity on your computer.

Pixia is a freeware graphics editor. To the best of my knowledge, there is no help menu for Pixia at this time, but there are tutorials on the web created by Pixia users.

I loved 2TheLeftOfNoWhere's clock. All of the clocks were cool. I came up with this at the last minute, but his clock works!

Moomay dear! Hi! I was up early! I go through phases when I go to bed early and rise early but that isn't always the case. The bees ... there's a decline, and scientists are looking at the problem. I'm working on that video right now, but I put a link on my channel to the Pollinator Partnership website. I'm truly hoping to help make an impact because the YT community can make a difference.  The more I read, the more I think we all work together to play a role in this. :)

National Pollination week?? We need more bees.. they're becoming a rarity over here in the Uk.. :)

I just found a March 2009 update about this subject on the Department for Environment, Food, and Rural Affairs website. National Pollination Week was June 22-28, but this issue isn't restricted to the U.S. obviously. I'm hoping that my video can help to encourage people everywhere to look into their respective countries' environmental agencies to learn about the specifics where they live.

This next video did put my SOSL model in a holding pattern, but that's just temporary. ;-)

I have been in North Carolina for the past month and the Internet connection was dismal, so I couldn't watch videos.

Haha. Hey, how are you? I've been thinking of you off and on over the past few days. Specifically, I was thinking of our comment exchange about "community on You Tube," and asking myself questions about it ... "what defines community," and so forth.

hucgirl18, thank you for watching. I'm glad I've made the point about pollination, but you're obviously already on board. This is where the You Tube community can come together. Not to put too fine a point on it, stewardship is the watchword, and we are empowered to make a difference.

I'm becoming very passionate about this. Can you tell? :D
