@HerbsPlusBeadWorks are you talking about this ''champion'' juicer: championjuicer (dot) com

@0BS4U Any juicer will work-the hype on juicers are exaggerated-what is a juicer? an extractor nothing more-all this glorifying some hokey pokey amazes me --I used champion which I would use anytime and use the lalane they work well enough for the everyday person wanting health-unless you are looking for something that can fly planes and llaunch rockets to the moon any of them will suffice-as far as the other-let me know how it goes for you- greens will give you what you are looking for

@HerbsPlusBeadWorks the thing is that i dont juice(one of the reasons for not juicing is that i dont know wich juicer is a good one, i dont want to waste money on a BS juicer) and i dont ferment veggies, thats why i was thinking to take a K-complex product... i couldnt find any non-soy derived vitamin k product... so do i need to take it daily or 2- 3 times per week though to fairly long half-life in the body?
-
@0BS4U to be honest with you I cannot see the need to supplement this if you are juicing greens of any kind or fermenting your veges---I never buy vitamin K--esopecially if it is soy derived--so I never bother with it
