I spent 25 years of my life running into head first into situations that people normally run away from. Why? Because someone has to do it. I have held a murdered child in my arms. Why? Because someone has to do it. I have entered the home of a single mother on Christmas Eve and told her the news of her only son's murder. Why? Because someone has to do it.
