Hi, what if i have an app on my ipad that allow you to play .avi or .wmv files,.
how can i transfer the movie from the external hardrive to the particular app on ipad ? Or I can only play .mp4 ?

@savagecub - So it's "Yes" you can store them. But "No" you can't view them from the Hyperdrive.

@savagecub - The files are not viewed on the HyperDrive itself. What it does it PULL the data from the drive onto the ipad and then view it. Go figure.

Will Hyperdrive store and allow me to view PDF files via an Ipad pdf reader app ??? My data isn't just songs, photos and videos.

I feel like without having ifile this is useless because you can't play anything directly from the drive, you have to import everything to view it.

Guys, it also works with any external hard drive ! just need the wire to connect to the iPad memory car reader, that's all !!!
