A Love Story Once....Barbara and Martin (for Diane)

This one is for dizzydiane...a GREAT friend of mine...and a fellow fan of Bain/Landau! I could have titled this Treasures 2....or more stuff off ebay! This video has some clips of Barbara and Martin in some scenes as well as magazine stuff and or pictures that I bought straight off of ebay or sites like it! oooh,my,GOD...........That is one tremendously magnificent video of two of my favorite actors of The Mission Impossible tv.series.I always loved her the best.And the Love story theme is very nostalgic and well remembered.Lovely,Lovely video!!

Loved all the cast actually! we are sadly missing Greg Morris and Peter Graves now...their "mission" has been completed...BUT!! we can still enjoy the series and our fav girl/guy are still acting! bless them! During the New Years Marathon for The Twilight Zone, I first saw Martin Landau in "Mr. Denton on Doomsday." I was instantly attracted to him...now I can't go a day without seeing him in that episode, or a video, I'm not familiar with Barbara Bain, I'm 27 and wish I could've been young when Martin Landau was ;( He's just amazing, the acting is brillliant. Barbara was SO LUCKY to have him.

@BlackGlitterVeil I first "fell" for Martin as Commander Koenig from space 1999. If you haven't seen any episodes..I know they were downloaded to youtube...or you can buy them pretty cheap. He was dreamy in that series!!! While watching Space...my mother told me that he was married to the lead actress (Barbara Bain). and they starred together in Mission Impossible ( the tv series back in the '60's). Landau and Bain were called "the Royal couple" of tv back then...thanks for commenting..jan

And you didn't know that BBML divorced? really? i smile at that...as BB said in an interview recently, that fans still thought of them as together! that's cool!....their divorce was pretty private...and no mud slinging on either part...they are class act all the way! @cinnamonnut Aww shucks. I'm glad you appreciate my comments. With my sweet wife, it comes easy. If more men would speak that way about their sweethearts, they would get a lot more in return. And I don't just mean... you know. A loving look from her and a gleam in her eye are just as priceless. I just read about Marty and Barb on IMDB. Too bad. I thought they were still an item.
