q:why cant i open it, it says windows cannot open the file
a: 1: minimize yourbrowser get to the file drag it down to the tab that says opera, firefox, inernet explorer, netscap, ect. and release it inside. that should play it if not then, 2: download macromedia flash professional 8 (free trial) and install flash player. then try to open it if that doesnt work, then im afraid you need a new computer.
