Just wanted to say thanks again. My doc trained me how to do my injections and it was exactly what you showed here. I must have had good technique,or else not much feeling in my thigh, because I didn't feel a thing. Maybe I was just lucky and next time will hurt! Thanks for the legit and by the book tutorial vid.

@rdoetjes Do you have low T? If not, then it is you who are less informed than I. Nothing like first-hand experience living with the symptoms, weighing the treatment options, the side effects, the benefits, and lifestyle improvements that the treatment can bring. Clearly they have a different standard in Europe than in the States. In the US, we are trained and empowered to treat ourselves -- knowing the consequences of course -- and being responsibly independent of our healthcare providers.
