In this clip, Barney explains how the prosecutor in his case offered him a deal of three years in a juvenile

  • For the Florida prison to free him out in the dark on a rainy night without any means of support shows how cruel and corrupt people can be. The wicked jail governor should have been fired. He needs serious compensation like $1 million per year of kidnap, but you won't get it in the Ku Klux Klan state of Florida.

  • Actually, he pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault on the woman he was convicted of raping and pleaded guilty to attempted rape and attempted robbery on a whole other case. As for the juvenile trial and acquittal, he made the claim in court papers, but he was never actually asked to prove it. It might have happened, but I can't find a lawyer other than Barney's own who thinks it's likely.

  • Actually he was aquitted, then retried as an adult and found guilty. He was freed due to the Double Jeapordy violation. He is no longer associated with The Liberty Project.com

  • @walk4trot2canter3 Yes he works with the Justice project now. I think that is the name of it. When I saw his shirt that was my conclusion that DNA evidence had freed him till I read more on it and heard them say in the other video that it took 38 years to find the records

  • Interesting fact. On tv he was wearing a shirt with "DNA" printed on it. Whatever the case is, I'm really glad that he's free AND I'm glad for DNA testing.

  • @walk4trot2canter3 Incredibly it took that long to find the records of his acquittal in the Juvenal court system. I have found no reasons given for why it took so long. Once they were found he had to be released because of the Double Jeopardy clause in the constitution. There can be no credible reason for it taking this long you can Google his name and read more on him

  • @now33 Well, what was it then? That's what the news is saying. It wasn't his word, because he tried being honest for years and years and that didn't seem to work.

  • @walk4trot2canter3 DNA did not free him

  • Those cops decided to put the paper work back? not one person in that ( i hate niggers zone) tried to help a-14 year old, then they wanted to give him the death penalty???? what type of people do things like that? Those white men are evil, with a smile.
