since the mid 1940`s there have been half ass attempts to fix the many urban areas of the inner citys of america after many white families move to the new invented suburban housing, as oakland is heavily populated by african americans and latinos, nobody gives a shit about us, they say theyll do something about it but never will, as our problems are easily forgot.

what a shame that the oakland unified bullshit school district closed eoc school this was a predominatly black and latino school that was doing good for the community much love to cesar cruz for his effort in keeping the eoc school open.
