World War II Warbirds

2003 Vectren Dayton Airshow
Dayton International Airport
Dayton, Ohio
Saturday July 19, 2003

IN THIS VIDEO, watch as a handful of warbirds take to the skies over Dayton International Airport. Participating aircraft include a B-17G Flying Fortress, B-24 Liberator, UC-78 Bamboo Bomber, Junkers Ju-52, P-51C Mustang, F6F Hellcat, and an SB2C Helldiver.

Like what you've seen? Well, if you are interested in purchasing DVDs of specific aircraft and/or of airshows, interested in anything and everything related to airshows (where the jet teams will show up, all airshow performers, airshow reports from airshows I have attended, previews of airshows I will be attending, etc.), a much more easier to navigate "version" of all of my videos, and/or everything there is related to aviation - including spotting guides to my favorite airports and military bases and aircraft factfiles, please take time to check out Steve's Airshow World at http://www.stevesairshow.com .

  • Yes . . . and we all now suffer the consequences . . . . .

America gave us this ugly, crime-ridden world . . .

  • No, the bombs are not dropped from the airplanes at airshows. The FAA would have a cow. The bombs are carefully controlled explosions on the ground to simulate what a low level bombing run would look like.

    Bruce - Shreveport, LA
