We recently visited Pepperland to see this magical 64 acres near Murphy, NC as a potential location for an eco-village of our 7th Haven homes. Currently it is a music camp for teens and could be expanded into a larger venue for adults too. MANY possibilities!
I have actually founbd another place to move to and if you go to my new See East TN series you will see Tellico Plains where Dome in a Box will be relocated to.

Yes, it is true! I grew up in the 1950s visiting in the Franklin area where I live most of the time now. It has changed even since 1999 with a Sonic and other fast food joints popping up.
I will say that where I shot this video it is very pristine and about 20 miles west of Murphy. A group of us are exploring sites for a new eco-village where I would have my dome kit manufacturing facility to employ people.

Everything in the North Carolina mountains costs money to visit, places that use to be free now cost, houses & hotels galore going up everywhere, little coffee shops & quaint little yuppie stores owned by yankees, or whoever, are dotting the landscape, it's sickening.
