The episode isn´t only about Kim´s depression, but the fact that the EMS/FDNY family themselves didn´t deal with it and when they see her, they feel like she is bringing a ghost with her to work...They are keeping a distance what only makes her feel worse and worse

@HeartofGold16 i agree....when someone close to u dies u get in a fog and cant focus and other people can take it okay...just depends on the person i guess

yeah i feel for KIm...i can't work anymore cause of my health and it sucks...i dont sleep like i used to cause my routine is off

some cops smoke, over half of all the firefighers i know smoke, and just about everyone in my EMS agency smokes.

Jimmy has FINALLY grown up!!!!!!! YAY!!!! I have always loved him... just last season and the beginning of this season, it was a lot of *facepalming* when he would do something stupid. The way he cares for Kim is just amazing.

usually i dont see cops smoke, firefighters are not smoking for sure, and paramedics too

This is totally irrelevant, but i just noticed that nobody in the show smokes!

Just an observation....
