You all can always try google for newer bots and source.. the ranking can be fix if you cod4 is version 1.7+..
You can use this bots to play Lan and make sure all the joiner are using the same mod before joining.

Installation at readme or at here

1. Extract into your COD4 MW mods folder.
2. go to cod4 multiplayer and choose/launch the mod
3.create a server(punkbuster off)
while in game open console "`" and type
/svr_pezbots "value"
eg. /svr_pezbots 10
4.and there you go bots!

is there any way to level up while using this mod? because id get sick of the same 3 defult guns all the time. iv seen somone else with custom classes which suggest leveling up but how do you level up every game i finish is says still, 0 xp 0 mins playtime ?? wtf any one know?
