  • how long does it take to cook?

  • @realfunny7 Low and slow. about 6 to 8 hours. I now use a spray bottle instead of the mop. 1 part cider vinegar to 12 parts apple juice. Good luck!

  • when you use a traeger say for steaks or anything do you always cook with the lid down

  • What's your temp and cooking time?

  • some people think rib racks cook more evenly, others don't. i have done it both ways and they are close. both ways taste real good and thats all that counts.

  • How quickly does the Traeger regain temp when you leave the hood open to mop the meat?

  • My buddy knows how to live.

  • They make a doubledecker rack for that grill also

  • Usally apple juice ,cider vinegar  ect.. you get the idea

  • No voice. I assume the mop is an apple juice or something to keep it moist.
