good game but will not play on my computer wants to update and fail in the prosses got past it once but not again any advice?

I had like 50+ glitches / bugs in game... single player... it isn't single player type also so , i play on mutliplayer on my PS 3 ofcourse.

i trying playing on my pc other day and graphics slow rate. I think its processor cause its only AMD E-350 1.6GHz Radeon HD 6310 80 500MHz 18W.
I explanation is it the processor or graphics cards.
