your enemy is not another human race but your own selfish corrupted bad habit character that need to be corrected by a wise man not a leader or blaming someone else for your own actions

@Thornfox : Wait a minute ! One commentator stated he saw Hitler's 'wonderful side' ! Are yes, Satan appearing as an angel of light ! Hitler promised that he would chase the thirty (30) parties out of Germany, even if it meant him tumblinginto his own grave ! He shot himself. The communists won East Germany ... a one party state ! Hitler was mad !

the part where the old fool Fridolin Von Spaun said: "Surely there must have been"...it's completely different than saying "there were"...from this you can see that evil never dies and must be always fought.
besides when he says "wondaba" it means wonderful not strange....again, hunger, starvation and humiliation can shatter you apart and can make think the same way as a dement wolf looking for power.

@bmwe30schrow 1st perhaps you wanted to write god...but in the end you're right he was a really good...piece of shit, disturbed psyco, that pursuited Jews from the very begining because he wouldn't admitt defeat...look what happened...women and children payed the bill in all Europe. sick minds, dirty corrupted society by starvation and humiliation

@MrJDJennings For me, the Brown Shirts had the better music.

@NORMANGODS No, sadly. It seems like half the documentaries on the Nazis just list their actions and then add "LOOK! LOOK AT HOW EVIL THEY WERE!" In this series you get a better sense of why events unfurled the way they did and what the motivations were.

I don't like the scenes between 3.47 and 5.05 as if this documentary equals the communists with the Nazi's. That the KPD was just as evil as the NSDAP. This is wrong because many KPD members were not yet harcore Stalinists.
It is true that the KPD became Stalinist after 1927, but even in 1933 there were no pictures of Stalin at the KPD headquarters. I think it is wrong to say that the KPD was equal to the NSDAP only because they opposed the bourgeoisie democracy of the Weimar Republic.

@mixerd0822 You're the fool who doesn't believe in history repeating itself. You're the one who's not awake, I'm am.

@ScorpioBornIn69 your an idiot.i hope you lose sleep at night beleiving your bullshit.
This documentary series is one of the best I've ever seen on the Nazis, since it attempts to explain them in real, practical terms instead of demonization.
