Where is the Energy, Where are the Jobs?

It's been over a year since the White House lifted its ban on offshore energy production. Former Speaker Newt Gingrich and IER President Tom Pyle mark this event by noting that not a single barrel of oil or a cubic foot of natural gas has been produced in these areas that were recently off-limits.
