Channel 4 delves straight out of its early evening programming to remind viewers on a typical Monday or Wednesday evening what they may expect to find over on ITV, but then reminds viewers that Brookside is due in over an hour before delving into a long interval before the start of Channel 4 News which begins at 7pm.
