Luckily, the woman is likely bat shit crazy. A civil suit isn't likely, limitations are probably up too, but, this is against the law. You cannot record another person's conversation like this. The woman may be speaking loudly, but not loudly enough that you could've stood away from her window to hear it. The drapes are closed and the woman is under the assumption of privacy at that point. The description of this being a motel, the business could still pursue you in court over this. Risky biz.

@modcorrupt from what i remember the best way to explain it is that it is down the railroad tracks that run right behind the bus station on front street. it's right where the yellow barricade things are a couple blocks down. it was painted o the building on the left side if youre facing south. it's not the best piece of art i've seen, but when i used to walk past and see it, it seemed to help my mood. i just never seemed to have a camera with me.

@ZomGoat8 : I don't remember ever seeing anything like that? Do you remember any stores or other cross streets that are near where you saw that? If so, I'll totally record it! Sounds fun!

What the hell? lol. She's gonna kill you, run away!
Just FYI to everyone concerned about civil suits and all the legal stuff. I was at a show/concert and this is our 'usual' drinking spot we go to down the road from the venue. At any rate, you could hear this lady from where we normally sit which is around the corner from this area in between two buildings. She / he was THAT loud. Anyhow, if you knew the area and the situation, you probably would've done the same. You could hear it from 20+ feet away. Enough said.
