Man boobs, then get the surgery, i messed around too long looking for an answer. I'm 5'10" and i went down to 11 stone, they where more promenant. I searched the web for advice and found it hard to get what i was looking for to convince me to get the surgery, all this non-surgical shit is bull! The only advice i would give is get down to a good low healthy weight just before the surgery. This will remove all fat from the equation and therefore better results. If you are like i was, get it over

I got the surgery, best thing i ever did. I was overweight a bit as a child however, this is not a determining factor. Also, in my country it is covered under your health insurance as a mental health issue. So anyone out there who is considering getting rid of there ms
