@chsn09 I hope the consequences of the documentary is that black people start taking the issue seriously! I hope they will began to see that the one drop rule is dead and gone and the kids they are making are not identifying with them and are in fact saying, in a sense, to hell with them. Once that message is received you will see a turnabout on all this "Ima make me a mix baby" stuff. They need to hear what these kids are saying about them and how much they don't want to be associate with them

I'm half Black half Native American (Choctaw/LakotaSioux) and this sh_t is so funny! I look more Indian though but identify myself as black cuz I was raised in mostly a black community and just feel more comfortable. I think it's funny to see people's faces when I tell them I'm Black cuz they think I come fresh off the reservation, ha ha!! Guess that's why we're called the People of Color, cuz we come in all different shades LOL!!

@machetezone From what I read of somekindofanimal's posts, he is not very articulate, so I am not arguing in his defense. But I disagree with you that if you're black/white you're black and if you're white/Latino you're Latino. You are right- society sees it that way. But you are what you identify as. I am white/Latino and I grew up in white suburbia. I am torn- I am both, but I see myself more as white (which makes me kind of sad). Mixed people are both ^.^
