  • Thank you so much for sharing your vast knowledge!! Did the cheese that was left out for 48 hrs before waxing ever end up leaking out salt and water? I read somewhere that you shouldn't wax store bought cheese because it's not "processed" for that - I wonder if all that extra water is the reason why.

  • @patriciacharpentier Occasionally there is a little seepage, but not much. I store it in a container with an open lid. I've not had any problem. The cheese is delicious.

  • @onastick777 I store 6# of Velveeta, at all time. I just keep it on a shelf in my coldest room. It stores much longer than most people think.
