My son Anno was killed two months later in November 2001, aged 20. Among the many poems he wrote, I found the following:

@LoveLeopard86 - Says who? Are you going to say, then, that the soldiers returning from Iraq can't all have been depressed and committed suicide because of the horrible things they saw? This is Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and there is nothing more traumatic than to be in lower Manhattan when the building over your head explodes in a ball of flames and people are condemned by fate to die. I'm shocked he lasted eight years.
