  • Jeesh! How are people supposed to get on and off with that amount of deadspace between the door and the platform? :o

  • @Gyroglle Oh, they just use the little steps that the conductor places on the platform/ground. :o)

  • Nice!!! Also nice catch with the audio of the station announcement

  • And you can fly along on the TGV Paris to Munich and never see a customs agent around. Shameful of our US/Canadian governments.

  • Having using the Bus (NeOn Bus and Megabus) this is different. When using the Bus You have to get off the along with your belongings. If you leave anything behind, Immigration could take it with them. After completing Immigration you re-board the Bus with your belongings. This could take 15-30 minutes as there is 3-5 border guards.

  • i always get on the maple leaf to Niagara falls every year in april. thank you for sharing the video. 5stars lol :) excited to go back in 2months now lol

  • I was at Niagara Falls on Sunday and saw a lot of things that this video does not show. Amtrak once arrived on Canadian Soil actually changes train number from Amtrak # 63 to Via # 98. All the liquors are taken out of the train and stored for the night and the Canadian products are board on the train while the CBSA are inspecting the train. Furthermore, Amtrak crew gets off and VIA crew gets on. The only equipment that stays is the train itself. Inspection can take an hour.
