I was sifting through some old video tapes, when I found this. The backstory was that:

My dad was vacationing in Madison, when his friend wanted him to come see a concert with him. He only had Factory Showroom at the time, so the only song he knew was Pet Name. So it was the only one he filmed.

Supposedly, Dan Hickey had "a massive green afro with discoballs and prosthetic foreheads sticking out of it", but you obviously won't be able to see it here.
