Ridiculous. The jobs don't come soon enough, the tax breaks are a joke, the financial drain goes on for 5 years, and Congress didn't even feel the need to read it. Naturally when there is massive unemployment, there is reduced spending. That's when the government has to step in and fill the role that the private sector isn't doing; namely, spending. The best things for the gov't to spend on are infrastructure, science and technology, and anything that serves as an investment for future savings.

I just think we should stop borrowing the money to pay for it and start reaching into our upper 1% of the population where it's been hiding all these years.
