An adorable clip of the Stephen Foster song "Old Dog Tray" from the 1952 movie "I Dream Of Jeanie". Starring Bill Shirley as Stephen Foster, Eileen Christy as Jeanie McDowell and a very charming and talented dog portraying Foster's faithful companion.

  • That dog is so adorable. :) And Bill Shirley sure had a great voice. I'm glad he voiced over Prince Phillip. :D

  • @simpsonsfreak23 That dog is the cutest to be sure and talented. This is a charming movie about one of the greatest song writers in American history, Stephen Foster.

  • @LoreneFaith It's terrible that not everybody knows about this movie...or Bill. :/

  • @DisneyBlackJet I agree. This is a wonderful movie about the life of Stephen Foster who wrote so many of the classic American songs like Old Susanna and I Dream Of Jeanie With the Light Brown Hair.

  • @LustForHate But I don't believe the dog is doing all of that that howl-singing. I think part of it is the dog, but it sounds to me a human is chiming in too.

  • @simpsonsfreak23 Me, too! They made a great choice.
