@HerbertHKohl but i like you're general point that the government should be able to control small aspects of everyones lives. I mean we're a free country, we need the government to take away other peoples freedoms that bother us so we can be free. we should ban country music too because personally i dont like that and it pollutes the air that we all have to listen to. it's not like we can walk away or anything

@HerbertHKohl if you're worried about air pollution go bitch about cars and large industrial factories and stfu about cigarettes, because putting cyanide in the city water is not even close to the same. theres a ridiculous amount of air you can breath, if you don't want to breath the "polluted" air by a smoker you can walk 2 feet away and be fine, if you poison all the water in the city everyones fucked and has no choice in the matter.
