Tipitaka Studies & Tipitaka Technology Exhibition 2006.

Under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Galayani Vadhana, the newly printed 40-volume Pali Tipitaka with a great variety of innovated digital technologies were unveiled at the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University between November 2006-March 2007 as part of the 84th year celebration of the Museum's Royal Patron, HRH Princess Galyani Vadhana, the Royal Matriach of Thailand.

Organised by Dhamma Society and Chulalongkorn University Alumni from various faculties, Tipitaka Technology Exhibition also demonstrated the new digital printing Technology of the Tipitaka Reference Collection, the 20-volume Tipitaka Studies Reference. This new reference collection was also presented as a token of appreciation by the Dhamma Society to the Department of Imaging Technology. Science Faculty was one the major technical supports for the Dhamma Society's World Tipitaka Project.

This video shows a special view on the Tipitaka Studies approach by a distinguished professor from Lund University of Sweden who was invited as a special guest on the opening of the exhibition.

In 2007, a new 40-volume edition of Tipitaka Studies Reference was published by Dhamma Society. It was and unveiled in October for the International public at Frankfurt Book Fair 2007 in Germany.

A full-scale Tipitaka Technology Exhibition was also organised again at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Bangkok on March 2-6, 2007, on the occasion of the World Tipitaka Presentation to Maha Bodhi Society, Republic of India, Japan Theravada Buddhist Association, Japan, and Lund University, Kingdom of Sweden.
