Allegro is like 120, 130 in a metronome, now this etude is full of 16th notes. Take a metronome and you'll see this speed he is playing has sense.

SO SAD about the reverberation - I can tell that you are a strong musician; you are VERY calm while you performed this, your bow hand is relaxed, and your fingers are not stiff. They move like an octopus!! :)

this is the actually tempo, if you took a metronome and checked you would actually understand that stop saying its too fast, plus this is how fast my teacher is telling me to play this, so why do you keep saying its to fast and you can hear the notes he is just in a reverberating room
